The report shows that due to the impact of the epidemic, the growth rate of sales revenue in my country's laser equipment market is expected to decline this year, but it will continue to rise and will reach 87.6 billion to 90 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%-9.6%.

In recent years, fiber lasers, the core components of laser equipment, have continued to engage in price wars. In 2022, the “price war” will have a profound impact on the profits of industry leaders. In the third quarter of this year, Raycus, the largest laser manufacturer in China, had a net profit of 5.253 million yuan after deducting non-existing expenses, a year-on-year decrease of 96.09%.

As profits approach the edge of profit and loss, the high-end market of foreign manufacturers is constantly being seized by Chinese companies. In the first three quarters, the global laser leader IPG’s revenue in the Chinese market fell by 14%.

In terms of the segmented application market of laser equipment, this year, China's laser cutting equipment shipments have grown rapidly, brand manufacturers have made great efforts to export, and the international market has blossomed. However, dragged down by falling prices, Ye Mao predicts that the sales revenue of laser cutting equipment will exceed 30 billion yuan this year, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.

In addition, in recent years, the application of laser welding in fine micro-processing fields such as power batteries, automobiles, and consumer electronics has increased significantly. The above report shows that the sales revenue of China's laser welding equipment market will exceed 8 billion yuan this year, an increase of about 20%.
